How to Apply

We are excited you have decided to apply to Our Lady of the Hills College Prep. The following checklist will help you with the application process. 

 

Submit a copy of the following items
  • Current & prior year report cards or transcripts.
  • Standardized Testing scores
  • Recommendations from current Principal.
  • Other educational testing you would like to share.
 
Schedule a family interview
All of the items listed above must be submitted before an application file is complete.  Upon receipt of the items listed above the Office of Admissions will contact you to schedule an interview.
